If the purchased product develops a defect during use within 2 years of receiving the order, you can request warranty activation by contacting our Customer Service (click here for contact information). Please attach one or more photos showing the defect and provide a description of the issue.
Once we receive the item, we will verify the defect and either repair or replace the product if it is available in stock.
