If you've changed your mind and want to return your purchase to change the size, color, or request a refund, don’t worry—you can return your items easily and quickly!
Remember, you have 14 working days from the receipt of the package to decide whether to keep or return the items you ordered (all or just some of them).
The items must be intact and unused.
We recommend trying shoes on a soft, clean surface to avoid any damage (like a carpet, for example).
Be careful not to tear off tags or dirty the items, and, if possible, return them in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, only products that have not been opened or used and are in their original packaging can be returned. Make sure that all parts of the packaging, including accessories and instructions, are returned.
If you've opened the product and don't like it, you might consider giving it to a friend or family member to avoid unnecessary waste.
Return without original box
If you no longer have the original shipping packaging (plastic bag or box), don’t worry; you can use any other cardboard packaging to make the return.
Remember to remove all previous labels. The only label that should be visible on the package is the return label.
Make sure the tag is still attached to the clothing and that the product is intact.
If you’re returning shoes, use the original box they were shipped in.
If we receive items that have been used, damaged, or in packaging other than the original, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.

The customer is in charge of the return shipping costs (except for defective or incorrect items). Please note that Mandelli SRL is not responsible for theft or loss of items during return shipping.
When preparing the return package, remove all previous labels.
Always take a photo of the label you attach to your return or write down the tracking number and keep it until the refund has been processed.
Also, remember to keep the invoice found inside the package.
Upon receipt of the package, we will process the refund for the invoiced price of the returned items within 14 working days. We will use the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may appear after 10 working days, depending on bank processing times.
